What's this transition all about?
Silver River Property Management is joining Poplar through the sale of its property management business. The Silver River staff will join the Poplar Team as your property managers with expanded support and resources from Poplar's 24/7 team and platform.
While Poplar is the new owner of the business, all Silver River residents will continue to receive the same level of services as they've always had.
On August 19, you will receive instructions on setting up your Poplar Homes login. You can use this to access your resident dashboard.
New Resident Dashboard
On Poplar's dashboard, you can setup rent payments, split payments, submit maintenance requests, and easily move to other Poplar Homes properties if you need to move.
Besides setting your password, you'll need to also connect your bank account for rent payments following the instructions provided by the Poplar Homes team.

Silver River residents who need to move in the future, will be able to do so with ease within the Poplar Homes network. Renters can self-tour any available listings and seamlessly transfer into another Poplar Home across 19 major metro markets in the US. Rental applications are free and just a tap away.
24/ 7 Maintenance
Silver River residents will benefit from Poplar's 24/7 maintenance support team that handles incoming resident maintenance requests in a timely manner. Poplar will dispatch preferred vendors and provide updates to you through every step of the process.

StreetCred Home Savings
Poplar residents earn monthly "StreetCred" points that they can earn as cashback if they eventually buy a home through Poplar. You'll be able to track your earnings in your dashboard.
Easy Maintenance Requests
You'll be able to make maintenance requests easier with Poplar's self-service maintenance tools and robust selection criteria to send out the preferred vendor the first time.
