What's this transition all about?
Silver River is joining Poplar through the sale of its property management business. The Silver River staff will remain as your property managers with expanded support and resources from Poplar's 24/7 team and platform.
While Poplar is the new owner of the business, all Silver River clients will continue to receive the same level of services as they've always had.
On August 19, 2022, Silver River customers will receive instructions on setting up your Poplar Homes login. You can use this to access your owner dashboard.
New Owner Dashboard
On Poplar's dashboard, you can monitor your property's performance during leasing, maintenance, and ongoing rent collection.
Besides setting your password, there's no action required from you to continue receiving rent payouts to the same account you had connected previously!
Silver River clients with upcoming vacancies will benefit from Poplar's upgraded leasing experiencing, featuring premium listing placements on sites like Zillow and a secure self-tour lockbox system for showings.
All listing performance is tracked on the dashboard.
24/ 7 Maintenance
Silver River clients will get continuous access to a 24/7 maintenance support team that handles incoming resident maintenance requests in a timely manner. Poplar will dispatch preferred vendors (including existing vendors) and provide updates through the Owner Dashboard.

$15,000 Eviction Coverage
If we have to evict a tenant that met our quality standards, we'll pay for all legal fees up to $15,000 and use our local attorney to process the eviction.
Automatic, Direct ACH Payments
You'll be eligible for faster ACH rent payouts than before. The same account you received payouts to previously will be automatically transferred to Poplar.
